Dereliott Conversions "The Prestige Car Centre" were appointed Reliant Scimitar Main dealers at both the Wirral and Llandudno branches.

At the time Princess Ann drove a Scimitar GTE and apparently visited the Grosvenor family estate in Chester from time to time, Dereliott Conversions being local were on the Royal appointed service scheme just in case of breakdown or other motoring emergency.

Dereliott Conversions became one of the largest UK Scimitar dealers and were actively involved with the factory which was based in Tamworth Staffordshire.

Dereliott's also developed their own special version of the GTE which was produced to their specification by Reliant Scimitar, known as the Dereliott GTE Sport.
